- AroFlo — our field service management and job scheduling platform. Job records, client details and service history are stored in AroFlo's systems, hosted in Australia.
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Enquiry data and contact information may be stored in HubSpot's systems. HubSpot is a US-based provider; data may be stored offshore (see Section 6).
- Google — analytics and tag management services (see Section 9).
- Xero — accounting and invoicing software (via AroFlo integration).

- Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) under confidentiality obligations

Where data is transferred overseas, we take contractual steps to protect your information consistent with the APPs, including relying on HubSpot's Data Processing Agreement and standard contractual clauses.

We may use your contact details to send you information about our services, promotions or industry updates where you have consented or where permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by contacting us at admin@pulseqld.com.au. Opting out will not affect our ability to contact you regarding existing service bookings or invoices.
8. Security of Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Security measures include:
